Learning that fits work. Not the other way around.
Practical tools and peer-led formats that help civil servants build confidence and capability, in the flow of work.
We built LEAP because too many public servants were expected to deliver reform without the capability to shape it.

Change in government is constant. But support for the people delivering it isn’t.
LEAP was founded by former senior civil servants who led digital transformation from the inside. Across central and local government, we saw the same pattern:
Teams were being asked to deliver complex change — faster, with fewer people, tighter budgets, and less clarity. Yet the learning they needed often arrived too late, felt too generic, or didn’t fit the way the work actually worked.
We built LEAP to close that gap — with practical tools, peer-led learning, and formats that help capability grow from within.
What We Do
LEAP helps public service teams build confidence and capability in the flow of work, not through traditional training, but through shared tools and human-centred learning.
What this looks like in practice:In-flow tools
Activity decks and formats used in stand-ups, away days, and team retros.
Peer-led Labs & Masterclasses
Sessions that build confidence in new roles or across disciplines.
Champions & Communities
Internal leaders who model, share, and scale good practice.
Our Vision
We see a public sector where capability grows from the inside out.
Where learning is relevant, human, and built for real delivery.
And where the people delivering public value every day feel equipped to lead the change ahead.
Based on the experience of our founders working with public sector organisations like...
The best career moves are happy accidents. They are the result of experimentation, trial, failure and learning.
