Introducing Andrew Mugoya, the visionary co-founder of LEAP.
Andrew’s background is in technology and innovation. His journey consists of 25+ years of innovation, solution design and product development experience.
He has worked at Smart Pension (a global fintech), JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and Barclays. He has also founded two creative agencies, working with global clients such as Pepsi, The British Council, Michigan State University and The African Union.
Andrew studied Computer Science at Oxford University (MSc) and Warwick University (BEng, First Class Honours). He has also been a part-time lecturer at Strathmore University.
The core of Andrew’s philosophy is the profound belief that true innovation transcends technology. It’s about connecting with people, understanding their needs, and crafting solutions that enhance the human experience. Andrew brings this human-centric approach to technology and business to LEAP.
