About

LEAP was founded by operators who had spent a decade watching public-sector training programmes finish on time, on budget, and change nothing. The certificates were issued. The capability never arrived. We built LEAP to do the opposite: structured labs that produce real artefacts and observable behaviour change.

Our conviction

Capability is the only useful currency for an organisation under transformation pressure. Everything LEAP makes is built backwards from the artefacts participants take into their next decisions.

Where we work

Central government, NHS, local authorities, and the agencies and ALBs commissioning capability work under the Spending Review and the NHS 10-Year Health Plan.
