Recognising the fast paced world of tech and limitations of traditional learning, LEAP’s founders saw an opportunity to revolutionise professional development.
They saw that hands-on, practical experiences were more effective, empowering, and enjoyable than conventional training. With backgrounds in tech, finance, and the creative industries, they created LEAP to fill the widening digital gap impacting organisations.
