Founders story
Recognising the fast paced world of tech and limitations of traditional learning, LEAP’s founders saw an opportunity to revolutionise professional development.
They saw that hands-on, practical experiences were more effective, empowering, and enjoyable than conventional training. With backgrounds in tech, finance, and the creative industries, they created LEAP to fill the widening digital gap impacting organisations. At the heart of LEAP’s mission is the belief that human connection is fundamental to development. They are on a mission to create a more collaborative, practical, and efficient learning environment that prioritises meaningful interactions for continuous professional development.
